Not legally. In my area, teenagers have been caught forging letters and giving a cell phone number as the doctor’s phone number, because they wanted to get contacts but their parents wouldn’t let them. This has concerned opticians here deeply that these kids will ruin their eyes if they get improperly fitted contacts, so now some opticians are petitioning for a bill that would let 16-year-olds get contacts without parental consent. normally no…unless you order from the eye doctors place.. most places wont let you
