How old do you have to be to get colour contact lenses?
Just want to know because im planning to get a pair for a party?
Having worked in an opticians i know that it’s up to the optician to decide whether you are old enough or not for contact colour lenses

Well I know that you can get them if you are a teenager I am not sure if here is an age required. All my friends were them…even people 13-15 were them also.

well anyone can wear them, and i’m sure it’s different in different places. Try talking to your eye doctor and consider the use you will get out of them.

No rules, but get advice from the optician and of course clearance from your parents.

I’ve seen 12 year olds put on coloured contact lenses. So you should be old enough right?

My mom is an eye doctor. I have been using color contacts since I was 9 years old. I am pretty sure you don’t have to be a certain age to get them. But just to make sure I would call Wal-Mart’s Vison Center. They would be a great help and tell you if you can get them.
