how much do prescription colour contact lenses cost?
i live in the UK, and am looking at CIBA vision Freshlook lenses. If you know of any other prescription coloured lenses, please tell me! thank you
There are 1 tone, 2 tone, 3 tone or crazy contact lense.. 1 tone is 1 colour, 2 tone is 2 colour etc.. 1 tone is about 13 pounds.. 2 tone is about 15 – 16 pounds 3 tone is about 18 pounds they usually last about 6 months – 1 year.. if you know costcos whole sale.. they are doing 6 pairs for 60 pounds, so 10 pound per pair.. however they only last for 1 month each pair.. Give me an email, i’ll sort you out with some prescribed coloured contact lense (: my friend is selling them atm, and i think he does it quite cheaply for CIBA ones (: – i live in uk as well ~ cherii.chan@yahoo.com hope it helped!

I am glad to hear that you want prescription contact and not the dodgy ones that are sold in cosmetic stores or on the internet!
They will sell them at your local optometrist and they often stock a few brands in different price ranges. My contacts cost me about AU$200, but I get about $100 back from my health insurance as my contacts not only change my eye colour but improve my vision as well. (I think this works out to about 100 pounds and I get 50 pounds back). This is for a 6 month supply.
